With over 30 years of combined roofing experience, our highly skilled, locally based team has worked side by side for the past two years—bringing top-tier craftsmanship, efficiency, and professionalism to every job. As proud members of the Asheville community, we understand the needs of our neighbors and treat every home as if it were our own.

Installing 4 to 5 roofs per week, we’ve built a reputation for being reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented. Our team doesn’t just show up—we show we care. From the first inspection to the final shingle, we provide exceptional customer service and a welcoming, family-like atmosphere that sets us apart from other roofing companies.

Since 2020, Pedro has been providing high-quality roof installations and showcasing his versatility in construction throughout the Asheville Metropolitan area. When he helped start Keen Construction, his goal was to expand his reach and serve as many customers as possible. As a respectful leader, he has instilled a strong sense of integrity in his team, ensuring they always do the right thing—even when no one is watching. Beyond his dedication to construction, Pedro is passionate about his family and his ranches in his hometown.
Reece

CFO
Reece is the Co-Owner and CFO of Keen Construction LLC, dedicated to restoring the quality craftsmanship and customer service of years past. By fostering a fair work environment and offering highly competitive pay, Reece ensures that crews and employees are empowered to provide customers with the same fairness and respect.

With a background in General Construction and Residential Roofing, Reece holds a four-year Business Degree from Brevard College, where he played football and graduated Cum Laude. Passionate about helping others, he finds fulfillment in Residential Construction, using his expertise to make a meaningful impact on people's lives every day.
Madelyn

BRAND AMBASSADOR
A passionate creator with a business degree from Brevard College, Madelyn specializes in storytelling, brand identity, and digital marketing. She brings creativity, professionalism, and enthusiasm to every brand she represents, building authentic connections and engaging content.

Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Madelyn enjoys hiking, reading, and baking pastries. She has a deep love for her faith and cherishes time with her family.

FOREMAN
Luis, our crew Foreman, has been roofing in Western Carolina since 2015. His expertise, leadership, and professionalism on the job site are unmatched. With a deep commitment to quality and efficiency, he sets the standard for our team. We are grateful to have his knowledge and experience guiding our crew and training new members to uphold the excellence Keen Construction is known for.
Raul

FOREMAN
Raul, one of our skilled Foremen, has been roofing in Western Carolina for five years. Natural from the start, he brings exceptional versatility and expertise in residential construction, making our crew one of the most versatile in the area. Leading by example, Raul is a true pillar of our team, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
