Our Story
Keen Construction LLC was founded by Reece Rubio and Pedro Hernandez in July 2024 with a simple goal: provide Western North Carolina homeowners with high-quality roofing and exceptional customer service.
The company built its foundation providing roofing subcontracting services throughout the Asheville area before expanding into full-service residential roofing. During Hurricane Helene recovery, our team helped local homeowners with emergency tarping, tree removal, roof repairs, and restoration work.
Today, Keen Construction is a full fledged Resedintal Roofing Contractor in control of your entire project from start to finish. With the promise of treating every roof as if it were their own, and treating every client as a friend instead of a customer.
